STEP 1: Download and Log In
You will be prompted to either “Log In” or “Create an Account.” Choose “Log In” and use the existing email address and password you use to access the Customer Portal. Once logged in, you’ll be taken to the Account Dashboard (you may be asked to agree to our Policies first).
STEP 2: Update payment information
We’ve deleted your existing card details! To offer the app and other planned features we’ve moved to a more advanced payment processor. This meant we had to delete all previous payment information. To continue without any interruptions we ask that you add a payment card to your account. The quickest way to do this is in the app. Click Account and scroll down to the Payment Info section. Click Add Payment Info and enter your payment card details. Once you click Submit your payment details will be saved and your recurring payment set-up.
