All our classes are run by qualified coaches and follow the British Gymnastics syllabus.
Many members choose to wear a leotard for girls and leotard and gymnastics shorts for boys. For safety, all participants need to wear white socks, hair should be short or tied up neatly, all jewellery to be removed and no hoods/hoodies or head coverings to be worn. The mid core and back area needs to be covered due to the nature of manual handling so no crop top style of clothing. Vision is required at all times by the gymnast, therefore no floaty tops or dresses.
People with disabilities are welcome and are included into regular classes. Individuals who require one to one support or find it hard to work in a mainstream environment will be directed to the nearest British Gymnastics I’m In Disability Club.
